Brief Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Production Co-Ordinator, to work within our prod office team supporting many of the UK’s biggest feature film and TV productions. This exciting, entry level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is focused and highly organised with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You’ll need to be able to learn quickly and work under pressure in an ever changing fast passed environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Building customer quotes using kit lists, schedules and co ordinating equipment availability.
  • Responding to client emails, assisting the production office team to meet deadlines
  • Admin support – raising and processing outbound purchase orders for production office team.
  • Supporting the accounts dept with customer purchase orders & invoicing queries.
  • Researching/updating the customer databases and asset management system
  • Forwarding incoming emails to the correct departments
  • Building the Repeating Invoices Excel document
  • Preparing/sending official company documents as required
  • Attending networking events, when required.
  • Updating Production Tracker platforms

Candidate requirements

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Confidence to chase-up team members for overdue work and reports
  • Common sense and initiative
  • Conscientious with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion – working in highly sensitive areas of film production
  • Computer literate – strong competency with the MS Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Mac OS experience, with ability to learn new programs quickly

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week,  working shifts within our main hours of business – 8am to 6pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Holiday – 20 days per year plus UK bank holidays
