About CineArk

CineArk is the trusted technical partner to the world’s most ambitious productions, from studio features to high-end television and broadcast. Operating from London, Dublin, and Cardiff, we specialise in video, RF, data, DIT, networking, and comms, with a focus on supporting physical production by connecting people and technology. Our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, reliability, and support has established us as the leading specialist in our field.

Role

CineArk is seeking a technically curious and highly motivated individual to support the practical integration of artificial intelligence tools across the business.

This is not a research or software engineering role. Instead, it focuses on identifying practical opportunities where modern AI tools can improve day-to-day operations, automate routine tasks and help teams work more efficiently.

The successful candidate will help CineArk move from informal experimentation with AI tools to structured and practical use of modern AI systems across the company.

Working across departments — including operations, production, marketing, engineering and finance — the candidate will identify opportunities where AI tools can assist staff, improve workflows and unlock new capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who already uses AI tools extensively and enjoys experimenting with new technologies. The candidate should be comfortable working with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar tools, and be interested in learning how to connect systems together using APIs and automation platforms.

The goal is simple: to make AI a useful everyday capability inside CineArk.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building things quickly, experimenting with new technologies and solving real operational problems using modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • AI Opportunity Identification: Work with teams across the company to identify practical opportunities where AI tools could reduce manual work or improve efficiency.
  • AI Tool Implementation: Deploy and configure AI tools that support internal workflows, documentation, reporting and operational processes.
  • Workflow Automation: Create simple automated workflows that reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Internal Knowledge Systems:  Help build internal knowledge systems that allow staff to quickly retrieve information across company documents, policies and equipment data.
  • Prompt Libraries and Usage Frameworks:  Develop shared prompt libraries and guidance so that staff can reliably use AI tools in their day-to-day work.
  • Training and Adoption: Provide practical guidance and support so staff can confidently incorporate AI tools into their daily workflows.
  • AI Risk Awareness:  Assist in developing sensible internal guidelines around responsible AI usage, including data protection, security considerations and appropriate use of generative tools.
  • Rapid  Experimentation:  Test emerging AI tools and technologies and identify those that could provide value to the company.
  • Technology Monitoring:  Stay aware of developments across the AI ecosystem and share insights with the team.

  • Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions

  •

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months the successful candidate will have:

  • Introduced practical AI tools used across multiple departments
  • Automated several routine workflows within the company
  • Built internal AI-assisted knowledge tools
  • Enabled staff to confidently use AI systems in their daily work
  • Helped CineArk identify opportunities to benefit from emerging AI technologies

Career Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of CineArk’s evolving technology strategy.
