Our Dublin office was established in 2021 and supports a wide range of productions shooting in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This role will be based at our Kinsealy Park address.

Brief Role Description

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to become an integral part of our Dublin-based team. This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated, focused and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to help us support many of the biggest feature film and TV productions based in Ireland.

An ability to multi-task, attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude is paramount. You will be proactive, personable and conscientious. This role will suit an individual with experience in managing daily operations in fast-paced office environments.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness across all activities
  • Work closely with the Kit Room Technician to allocate resources and meet production deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and crew
  • General office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies and groceries
  • Liaise with the Regional Facilities Manager to arrange necessary work
  • Manage production accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication across all channels
  • Create and manage customer quotes while ensuring the availability of requested equipment
  • Negotiate deals and ensure accurate completion of all relevant documentation
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to address and resolve account-related queries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage support requests, repairs, and logistic requirements
  • Research and update customer databases and asset management platforms
  • Prepare and send official company documentation as required
  • Conduct client outreach and drive business development efforts
  • Attending regular CineArk online meetings
  • Represent the company at networking events

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing daily operations in a fast-paced office or production environment
  • Strong team coordination skills with the ability to manage high workloads and changing priorities
  • Ability to multitask across numerous accounts while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and customer rapport
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a conscientious and dependable work ethic
  • Proactive problem solver, able to identify and resolve issues by suggesting practical and effective long-term solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically proficient with strong competency in MS Office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes efficiently
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to switch tasks at short notice to meet business needs as the company priorities often change unexpectedly
  • Discreet and trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive information related to film production

Desirable but not essential

  • Apple OS with ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Previous experience of CMS tools would be beneficial
  • Interest in film

Working Conditions

  • 42.5 hours per week, working shifts within our main hours of business of 8am to 6pm – with flexibility to work outside of these hours if required
  • Monday to Friday
  • Holiday – 30 days per year including bank holidays
  • Additional holiday day after 2 years’ service
