Creative Marketing Executive

About CineArk

CineArk is the trusted technical partner to the world’s most ambitious productions, from studio features to high-end television and broadcast. Operating from London, Dublin, and Cardiff, we specialise in video, RF, data, DIT, networking, and comms, with a focus on supporting physical production by connecting people and technology. Our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, reliability, and support has established us as the leading specialist in our field.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content that showcases CineArk’s products, services, and people. The role will suit someone who can take ideas from concept through to delivery across multiple platforms, balancing creative flair with technical execution and brand consistency.

A proportion of creative output; particularly graphic design, motion graphics, and specialist visual work will be delivered by external partners. You will not be expected to produce all design assets in-house; instead, you will brief, manage, and quality-control outsourced creative work to maintain CineArk’s standards. You will also lean heavily into generative AI to rapidly develop ideas, concepts, copy, and content variations, making it a core part of your everyday workflow.

Working closely with our executive, technical, and operations teams, you will be responsible for developing content that speaks to our core audiences – film, TV, broadcast, and live-event professionals – while building brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and capture high‑quality video and photography, outsource design elements where appropriate, and deliver written and digital content for CineArk’s website, social media (Instagram/LinkedIn), and other channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories, case studies, and product features that are valuable to our audiences.
  • Manage the full content lifecycle from initial concept through to final delivery, overseeing outsourced creative work where required to ensure consistency, quality and brand alignment.
  • Utilise generative AI tools to support ideation, storyboarding, copy development, content variations, and rapid concept creation.
  • Maintain CineArk’s brand voice and visual style across all content outputs.
  • Create content calendars to support ongoing marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Conduct on-set or on-location shoots with crew and clients where appropriate.
  • Edit and adapt content for different formats and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, newsletters, etc.).
  • Monitor content performance and curate data for performance review and strategic planning.
  • Maintain an organised archive of media assets for internal and external use.
  • Work with external organisations to procure and develop marketing materials.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience producing creative content, ideally in the creative industries, or a related sector.
  • Strong skills in video production, including shooting and editing.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to make technical subjects accessible and engaging.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, external suppliers, and deadlines.
  • Experience briefing and managing external creative partners (designers, animators, freelancers, or agencies).
  • Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar) as part of a creative workflow.

Desirable

  • A good understanding of creative production environments (film, TV, broadcast, or live events).
  • Experience with content performance analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or cloud-based applications such as Canva, Figma, FrameIO and Artlist.

Personal Attributes

  • Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in solving problems.
  • Proactive in finding stories and opportunities to create compelling content.
  • Strong communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated but able to work well with a team.
  • Interest in how AI can improve creative processes and output.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week, generally within our main hours of business – 8am to 6pm – with flexibility to work outside of these hours when required.
  • Holiday: 23 days + UK Bank Holidays.
  • Based at CineArk Wooburn Green, with travel to our Cardiff and Dublin sites and on-location shoots as required.
  • Reports to Executive Team.

Perks and Benefits

  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Additional holiday day after 2 years’ service.
  • Employee of the Month Award.
  • 2 unpaid days annually for volunteering.
  • Regular staff socials and celebrations.
  • Company Discount Program.
  • Competitive salary, based on experience.
