CineArk is a rental house supplying specialist film equipment to film and TV production companies worldwide. We also offer managed storage, maintenance and technical support services to film crew working in the film and television industry. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment activities including sourcing and coordinating candidates using both outbound and inbound strategies sourcing from multiple job boards/platforms, shortlisting potential candidates, attending interviews, initiating offers, and ensuring Right to Work checks have been conducted. You will work alongside the office manager, department heads and directors to assist in creating an effective and efficient HR strategy that can handle the company’s growth.
Process all administration associated with advertising job roles.
Actively headhunt suitable candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Create and maintain personnel files for potential candidates etc.
Be responsible for recruitment activities, including placing adverts, shortlisting, attending interviews and negotiating offers.
Build strong relationships in order to have a solid candidate database.
Any other HR / administrative duties as required by the business.
Experience using databases and ideally be familiar with Monday.com.
Strong competency with Google Drive, the MS Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook & Apple, with confidence and ability to learn new programs quickly

40 hour week, Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00 with a half-day off per week.
Holiday 28 days per year including bank holidays.
Scope for overtime.
